Due to the advantages of multi-channel synthesis, GaAs power amplifier chip with better linearity can be used for multi-channel synthesis. Although the power density of GaAs power amplifier chip is lower than that of Gan power amplifier chip, the linearity of GaAs power chip is much better than that of Gan power chip, which can be used under the condition of power fallback. This requires more GaAs chips to achieve high power output.
